Create Salesforce cases from Dooly with a few clicks. 

  1. Choose the "Create a Case" icon from the tool bar
  2. Fill in the required fields 
  3. Click "Create & Add" to add your case

Pro tip: Dooly will surface the most important (required) fields from your Salesforce instance in order to validate creation in this step. 

To add more color to your notes, create a Cases Boards view to edit all other fields!
