Create Salesforce cases from Dooly with a few clicks.
- Choose the "Create a Case" icon from the tool bar
- Fill in the required fields
- Click "Create & Add" to add your case
Pro tip: Dooly will surface the most important (required) fields from your Salesforce instance in order to validate creation in this step.
To add more color to your notes, create a Cases Boards view to edit all other fields!
