With deal vitals, you can:

  1. See which deals need attention with deal health indicators

  2. Stay up to date on all your opps with deal highlights

  3. Better understand deal progression with pipeline history tracking

How to access deal vitals

On Your Opportunity Pipeline

On your opportunity pipeline, next to the name of your opportunities is the summary of your deal vitals.

Hovering over the indicators will reveal the factors that need attention to make this deal healthy.

On Record Overview

On Record overview, you’ll get an overview of the deal vitals at a glance.

What drives deal vitals?

By default, Dooly automatically checks for the following opportunity Salesforce fields to create the overall deal health.

  • Account

  • Last Modified Date (if it’s longer than 2 weeks, Dooly will flag this)

  • Close Date

  • Next Step

  • Amount

How to customize deal vitals

Customize deal vitals specifically for your organization to forecast better and drive revenue.

  1. Go to your avatar in the top-right

  2. Select Settings

  3. Select Deal Vitals

  4. Customize your deal vitals

    1. Stage: select the opportunity stages you'd like to be included – when a deal is in one of these stages, the deal vitals will show in pipeline and on deal overviews

    2. Thresholds: set the number of vitals needed for each threshold

    3. Indicators: select and customize the fields to drive your deal vitals

  5. Under Preview a deal, select an opportunity to get a preview of deal vitals in action
